PC Rentals was established in 1985 and incorporated in the state of Texas in July 1986. We have over 8000 customers in the Dallas / Fort Worth metropolitan area. We have delivered tens of thousands of computers over the last 30 years - we know how to do it right.

We have a large local inventory of computers, notebooks, laser printers and lcd projectors. Everything is barcoded, tested and ready for immediate delivery. All equipment undergoes extensive testing using our own custom developed software. We have a zero defect quality program that helps track down problems before you get them. This insures that the product you get will work as you expect.

We setup the equipment at your site and make sure everthing is ok.   With LCD projectors, we setup and train you so all potential problems can be resolved before your presentation.

All our inventory is local - we do not ship equipment in.   This saves wear and tear on the equipment and improves reliabilty.   Several of our competitors have rented equipment from us when something does not arrive or they run out.

Our customers include most of the fortune 1000 companies and large governmental institutions (IRS, FAA, State of Texas), as well as midsize and small companies.   Over 70 percent of our customers do repeat business with us.

We have experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, Novell, Unix (Linux and Solaris).  We have setup internet servers and hundreds of workstations in hotels, convention centers and classrooms.  We have provided both wireless networks and the standard cat 5 wired networks.

During the Katrina emergency, we provided 400 computers to FEMA and over 100 notebooks to help in the cleanup.
